<p><em>This study examines the impact of punctuality, location, service speed, and simultaneous service time on outpatient satisfaction at TK III Hospital 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta. A sample of 100 outpatients was used, with non-probability sampling and non-probability sampling techniques. The results showed that waiting time had a partial effect on outpatient satisfaction, while location had a partial effect. Service speed had a partial effect on satisfaction. The F test revealed that punctuality, location, and speed simultaneously affect patient satisfaction. The coefficient of determination test revealed that 52% of patient satisfaction is determined by service time, location, and speed, while 48% is determined by other variables not included in the study.</em></p>Ani Sri AndaniAditya Hera Nurmoko

<p><em>According to data from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2022 there will be 25.93 million tons of household waste generation. The approach to waste management is an aspect that must be considered in order to reduce the level of unmanaged waste by involving the the community in order to reduce the amount of waste generation. DIY province is one of the areas that is actively carrying out campaigns for independent waste management, one of which is the Guwosari Village. To measure business feasibility, it is necessary to evaluate 1) the economic value added of waste management, and 2) the social-environmental impact of waste management. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods in the form of 1) observation, 2) interviews, and 3) document analysis. The data obtained were then analyzed using 1) cost-benefit analysis to measure economic value added, and 2) values in eco-efficiency and TBL to measure the social-environmental impact of waste management activities. The results of the study show that 1) economic added value is experiencing a negative trend due to suboptimal projected activities and empowerment of human resources, and 2) the achievement of social-environmental impacts already fulfills some of the principles/values in TBL and eco-efficiency, but an assessment needs to be carried out further related to mitigating social-environmental risks that have the potential to arise in the future.</em></p>Bayu SetoMustika Kamaluddin

<p><em>This study aimed to identify and analyze E-Wom, Tourism Image, Location, Against Intentions to Visit Nepal Van Java Tourism in Need Hamlet. This type of research is survey research with a quantitative approach. The research design uses associative, namely, to determine the independent variable on the dependent variable. The primary data method and the data used in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires given to respondents. The sample for this study was tourists who had visited the Nepal Van Java tour consisting of 160 respondents. The results of this study indicate that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on the intention to visit with a t-table value of 2.387, tourism image has a positive and significant effect on the intention to visit with a value of 2.914, location has a positive and insignificant effect on the intention to visit with a value of 0.346, and electronic word of mouth, tourist image, location has a positive and significant effect on the intention to visit with f count 5.939.</em></p>Bustanul Alwi FarhaniDimas Wibisono

<p><em>Cooperatives are people's economic institutions that aim to promote and prosper members and the community to create a just and prosperous society. ABC Women's Cooperative collects member funds through savings and loan activities. At the ABC Women's Cooperative there are problems that arise, namely bad loans by members. This study aims to find out what factors influence the smooth return of credit for the ABC Women's Cooperative and how the strategy for resolving bad loans at the ABC Women's Cooperative. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data was obtained directly from the ABC Women's Cooperative through observation data collection techniques and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence the smooth return of credit at the ABC Women's Cooperative are gender, marital status, moral behavior, household size, loan payments, business age, profit margin, business risk, interest rate, grace period, skills and training, and strategies in overcoming bad loans at the ABC Women's Cooperative are focused on being caught after the pandemic by prioritizing the interests of members and helping the needs of cooperative members by going through a strategy of rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring. <p><em>This study aims to analyze how empowering women in the business performance of the Seruni Putih Women's Cooperative and to find out the efforts and solutions for the performance of SMEs to support innovation of SMEs in Kopwan Seruput. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. This research is included in the type of research case study and is descriptive. The results of the study indicate that business performance has increased. The increase was not only from increased sales, capital growth, market developments, additional workforce and increased profits. However, it can be from creation or innovation which was created by the mothers of herbal medicine business owners.
