Perbedaan Stres Kerja Berdasarkan Usia dan Divisi pada Pekerja Pabrik di Sektor Perusahaan Rokok
Differences in Work Stress Based on Age and Division among Factory Workers in the Cigarette Industry

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara umum perbedaan stres kerja pada pekerja pabrik produksi rokok berdasarkan perbedaan divisi kerja dan usia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimental dengan pendekatan deskriptif komparatif. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah 790 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu instrumen Job Stress Survey (JSS) yang dikembangkan oleh Parker dan DeCotiis (1983) dengan nilai reliabilitas alpha cronbach sebesar 0.85 dan nilai validitas sebesar 0.91. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif uji tabulasi silang (crosstabs) dan uji beda kruskal wallis-test dengan bantuan software statistika, yaitu Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program versi 0.95.1 Apple Silicon. Hasil dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pekerja pabrik rokok memiliki stres kerja pada kategori sedang sebanyak 410 responden (51.8%) dengan pekerja yang memiliki rentang usia 31 - 40 tahun (M = 29.4) dan divisi pack (M = 30.2) sebagai kategori tingkat stres kerja tertinggi. Adapun hasil dari uji beda yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan stres kerja yang signifikan antar divisi (χ²(7) = 33.19, p = < .001) yang dialami oleh pekerja. Sementara itu, tidak terdapat perbedaan stres kerja yang signifikan antar rentang usia (χ²(3) = 0.049, p = .997) yang dialami oleh pekerja. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja pada pekerja pabrik rokok lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor karakteristik pekerjaan, khususnya divisi kerja daripada faktor usia pekerja.
