To find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the application of the Explicit Instruction model in learning Arabic at SMP Al-Qur'an Zaenudin Kramat, Tegal. To find out the evaluation technique for mastering Maharah Al-Kalam in learning Arabic using the Explicit Instruction model at SMP Al-Qur'an Zaenudin Kramat, Tegal. This thesis uses a qualitative approach, where the type of research is descriptive field. Data collection techniques use Observation, Interviews and Documentation. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that Arabic language learning for class VII at SMP Al-Qur'an Kramat Tegal uses the Explicit Instruction model with teaching materials of the Asmaul Yaumiyah book and the Af'alul book which focus on mastering Maharah Al-Kalam. Systematic learning structure, explicit instruction-based approach, and gradual exercises help students understand language patterns more clearly. Lecture, question and answer, and group discussion methods enrich the learning process, making it more interactive. Periodic evaluations ensure students understand the material before moving on to the next material. Overall, the combination of teaching methods with this model has been proven to improve students' Arabic speaking skills significantly. Arabic language learning with the Explicit Instruction model at SMP Al-Qur'an Zaenudin is supported by the kitab Asmaul Yaumiyah and Af'alul, teacher competence, a conducive learning environment, and active student involvement. These factors help students master the Maharah Al-Kalam better. However, several obstacles are still faced, such as limited student vocabulary, limited learning time, and differences in student abilities in understanding the material given. Therefore, more varied teaching strategies and additional support are needed to optimize learning outcomes.
2025-05-25T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Mohamad Subkhan Ma’mun, Faturrokhman, Ali Mu'tafihttps://journal.das-institute.com/index.php/ajirss/article/view/927Implementation of Demonstration Method in Encouraging Students to Actively Learn in Fiqh Subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Maárif Gesing 2025-07-09T17:13:40+07:00Nia Saviraniasavira61@gmail.comMoh Sakirniasavira61@gmail.comPamungkas Stiya Mulyaniniasavira61@gmail.com
This study aims to describe the implementation of the demonstration method in encouraging students to actively learn in the subject of fiqh at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'rif Gesing and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of the demonstration method in encouraging students to actively learn in the subject of fiqh at MI Ma'arif Gesing. The program emerged as a response to the need for strengthening religious education in the post-COVID-19 period, during which students experienced a significant decline in religious engagement. This study aims to describe the strategies of the ke-takhassusan program, analyze its benefits and challenges, and assess its implications for enhancing the madrasah curriculum. The research employed a qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the program is implemented systematically with core materials such as fiqh, tajwid, nahwu, shorof, classical Islamic texts, and akhlak, utilizing traditional pesantren methods like sorogan and bandongan. The program positively impacts students’ religious literacy, shapes their religious character, and fosters a more Islamic school environment. Despite facing challenges such as student fatigue, monotonous methods, and limited facilities, the program significantly contributes to contextual and practical Islamic education in the madrasah system.
2025-05-25T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Rizal Rifai, Faisal Kamal, Fatiatun
